Friday 21st - Driver check-in from 4pm
Saturday 22nd - Drivers meeting 6am
Sunday 23rd - Drivers meeting 6am
Sunday after the race will be presentation. Will be around 12noon depending on when races finish and timing completed.

There will be games Saturday afternoon - gold coin donation to play - don’t forget to bring them!

Entries close on the 12th of July. Any entries received after the 12th will incur a $10 late fee.

If you will not be attending Heat 2 on the Sunday, please let a committee member know (preferably Nikita) so we aren’t racing around looking for you and delaying race start times.

You don’t need to be an ASSA member to join the event - that’s just if you want to receive points for ASSA’s pointscore system.

Don’t cut down standing trees. You may forage for firewood or bring your own.

There will be a banquet on Saturday night - please select how many adults, children will attend and if there is any gluten free people, please select amount at the bottom. If you have not selected you want to attend the banquet before the event, we may not have enough food to accomodate you. At this stage the main course is Wood fired Pizza. There will also be garlic bread and dessert.

If you present with cold and flu-like symptoms please do not attend, even if you have a negative Covid-19 Test Result.
I agree to be responsible for my own conduct and that of my children, dogs and handlers and I will abide by decisions made by events/race officials. I shall not hold race sponsors, race organizers or any other individual associated with the race liable for any injury, damage or loss of dogs, my equipment or myself.
Parent/Guardians to sign for mushers under 16 years of age. I understand that competitors/or their guests/visitors are liable to pay the excess should they make an insurance claim.

All dogs attending any ASSA affiliated event must have a minimum C3 yearly or tri-annual vaccination; this can include Titre results no older than 12 months.
If you would like to email a copy of your certificate to the committee, this can be held in our Dropbox as a back up for if you have forgotten to bring it with you.
Please make sure your dog is vaccinated. Spot checks will be conducted.
